If your order has still not arrived after 30 business days:

Internationally, please allow a few more weeks for delays
We may ask for proof of shipment before resending or refunding undelivered orders

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for packages sent to the wrong location due to outdated or incorrect address information.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund subject to the below conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your shipment
Products must be in original new condition with tags still attached
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method

Please contact us to start a return and provide your order details. We will make best efforts to process returns within 14 days of receipt.
